    If you're changing the Alt subscale to find the PH/PA, make you change it back

    Would you say that +0.17% for every 1k feet is more accurate than +0.2%?

    I'm just looking at a photo of the aircraft I train in, but has exactly the same layout on the face but no adjustment knob?

    • @Ugot2BkddnMe

      if there is no adjustment knob you should be able to physically move the dial with your fingers

    Hey new subscriber love your videos they’re great! It’s disappointing that there are only two of them, you’re doing great and keep it up! Keep posting!! Would love if you can make a video and talk about the turn from base leg to final approach, the hazards such as stalling, spinning, and how attempting to align the airplane after overshooting could be fatal if not properly controlled or improper control input, thanks a lot had I hope to hear from you very soon.

    TAS is most important for bragging rights with other aircraft owners.

      Not much bragging in a 182, but good point nonetheless

    Very cool. I know I’ve learned this before (not through formal training either), but couldn’t find it searching through the POH or two Jeppesen manuals. After some brush-up on a multitude of chapter topics, as it’s easy to drift from topic to topic doing that, I had a flash of brilliance and thought... Google it! Your video is clear, concise and describes the entire process from start to finish - as well as the necessary applications. Thanks a bunch - I have it bookmarked for the next time!!

    I thought ground speed was used for checkpoints and ETA's.

    • @akfox38
      @akfox38 9 лет назад

      It is, but to get correct ground speed you need to calculate true airspeed to use on the e6b or flight computer.
